NATO Agent for Air Power

JAPCC´s purpose is to foster and develop new ideas for the command, control and employment of air assets from all service branches and to facilitate appropriate measures to implement these ideas.

The Centre will fuse not only cuttting-edge military transformational work, it will also integrate the results of academic research and the work done by the research and development divisions of the aerospace industry. The JAPCC will take a holstic approach to the transformation process by considering both technological aspects and human factors.

An important precursor to true transformational change taking place is a change in the mindset of those involved.
