The 2011 JAPCC Conference brought together experts from across defence, industry and academia, and encouraged a much greater representation from the joint global community. Different perspectives highlighted the unique contribution that Air Power brings to the joint endeavour. This particular conference was designed to appeal not only to those who wear a military uniform but also to senior figures from GOs, NGOs, industry and from academia. The diverse range of perspectives and opinions was clearly represented and ensured a truly ‘comprehensive approach’ to the joint appraisal of Air Power.
